Xiaomi Mijia Instant Water Purifier 2 Pro Dual-Outlet 1200G and 1600G launch in China

Hot water delivery reaches 1.5 litres per minute

Xiaomi has launched the Mijia Instant Water Purifier 2 Pro Dual-Outlet in China, with 1200G and 1600G versions now available. The new models are priced at 3,699 yuan ($540) and 4,299 yuan ($630) respectively. Notably, these prices are unchanged from the pre-order period.

The appliances combine rapid water heating with filtration. Xiaomi says its new instant-heating technology can deliver hot water at up to 1.5 litres per minute. In heat-exchange mode, the purifier can provide up to 10 litres of freshly heated water at 95 °C in one go. It also features an automatic system that returns cold water from the pipe, preventing hot and cold water from mixing and improving outlet temperature accuracy.

Separate outlets for drinking and household water

The model is fitted with a dual-outlet tap that keeps the two water supplies separate. The upper outlet supplies highly purified drinking water, while the lower one provides deeply filtered water for household use. The two channels are physically isolated to prevent cross-mixing.

In addition, the device offers four preset temperature modes. Its companion mobile app allows the temperature to be adjusted precisely from 40 to 90 °C in 1 °C increments. The taps can rotate through 160°.
